The Quality Test: A Great Opportunity
For over thirty years, the Quality Test has been the gathering event for horse enthusiast in Sweden. Now, for the first time in North America, the Quality Test will be offered by SWANA during the 2010 inspection tour.

This is the perfect opportunity to compare young and upcoming horses for dressage, jumping, and eventing. The Quality Test is open to mares, geldings, and stallions 4 to 10 years of age. The Quality Test determines how a horse is developing in its training and education, as well as the direction in which to proceed in these areas.

The horse is evaluated and shown in hand for conformation, ridden at a walk, trot, and canter, and then tested in jumping, either free or under saddle, depending on the owner’s choice.

The Quality Test is an excellent event to see horses for sale, assess offspring of specific stallions and mares, and learn about the BLUP index. Trainers interested in offering their services to the Swedish warmblood community will find the Quality Test to be an invaluable educational experience.

Traveling to Europe to find the next great warmblood horse for FEI Young Horse classes is not necessary; North America has exceptional Swedish horses, evaluated by the same prestigious judges who perform the Quality Test in Sweden.

Don’t miss out on this chance to participate in the newest stage of the ongoing evolution of the Swedish Warmblood in North America. The introductory fee for the Quality Test is $250. If you are interested in attending the Quality Test this year, please let us know as soon as possible, as the information will help us finalize the inspection sites for this year's tour.
